Australia’s biggest cranes are being used tear up and rebuild the Frankston railway line as work ramps up on one of Melbourne’s most intensive level crossing removal projects. Train commuters will be forced onto replacement bus services between Moorabbin and Mordialloc until July 27 while the massive operation is underway.
